VICE: AFTER DARK - Conditions of Entry

• Attendees acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety at all times while at Vice: After Dark, and enter the venue at their own risk.
  
  
• Attendees agree to abide by the Code of Conduct at all times while at Vice: After Dark.

• Attendees acknowledge that entering Vice: After Dark puts them at risk of hazards including but not limited to:
  
  -Dim/Low lighting.
  
  -Slippery floors.
  
  -Active sexual content, including Kink/Fetish play.
  
  -Loud noises and strobe lighting effects.
  
  
• Attendees agree that neither Vice, it's staff, volunteers, and performers, nor the venue and its staff, will be liable for any injury, damage or loss of property associated with their attendence.
  
  
• Attendence acknoledge that CCTV will be in operation at Vice: After Dark and may be monitored at the discretion of the venue.
  
  
• Attendees acknowledge that personal photography is explicitly forbidden at Vice: After Dark, and are notified that use of personal electronic devices is discouraged while at Vice: After Dark

Refusal to sign these conditions will result in being denied entry to Vice: After Dark

Breach of any of these conditions may result in removal from Vice: After Dark

CODE OF CONDUCT

Vice: After Dark operates on a strict "No Dickheads" Policy. 

Look after your mates. Consider the safety of those around you when engaging in play.

Clean up your spills without delay. Paper towel will be available at all times.

Party Monitors will be available at all times for assistance.
They can be identified by their pink hi-vis vest with the VICE logo printed on the back.

Anti-Social or offensive behaviour will result in your removal from the event.
Do not force a Party Monitor to make a judgement call. You may not like their judgement.
Any decision of the Vice staff is final.

Personal photography is forbidden at all times at Vice: After Dark.
To help enforce this policy, use of personal electronic devices is discouraged wherever possible.
A booth will be set up with our official photography team (Look for the pink Vice vest!) to capture a memory for you.

CONSENT

Consent is enthusiastic, explicit and can be withdrawn at any time.

Do not follow or grope anybody without consent. You are reminded that photography is forbidden at Vice: After Dark.

A persons outfit is not consent.

ZERO TOLERANCE ITEMS

In accordance with Vice & Venue policy, there is a strict zero tolerance policy on:

Personal photography

Wet and/or messy play

Blood, impact or weapon play

Binding, restraints and immobilisation

Sexual activity in the bathrooms

Any of these may result in your immediate removal from the party.
